Access and Parking:

Easy and efficient access to the property must be provided.

Parking must be available. If not, pay parking fees will be added to the invoice.

We allocate 30 minutes of travel time between appointments. Delays caused by finding parking or accessing the property will result in additional charges.

If you will not be home, please provide a code, key, or detailed access instructions in advance.

Fridge:

​

We clean only the edges around items as part of our standard service. Full cleaning (removing all items and cleaning shelves) is available upon request for an additional fee.

Dishwasher:

​

The dishwasher must be empty for us to clean the inside. If there are dirty dishes in the sink, we will load the dishwasher only if it is empty. Otherwise, dishes will be hand-washed, which may incur an extra fee depending on the quantity and time required.

Fan Hood:

​

Filters will be removed and cleaned to eliminate built-up grease. Excess grease buildup requires extra time, materials, and cost. We take care to use degreasers responsibly to avoid surface damage.

Drawers:
 

Kitchen: We clean visible edges and stains only. Full cleaning (removing items and cleaning inside) must be arranged in advance for an additional fee.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms: Drawers will not be opened, as they may contain personal or intimate items.

Tidying Up:
 

Areas with excessive items may require additional time and incur extra charges. Clear instructions about organization preferences are appreciated.
 

Laundry and Folding:
 

Laundry and folding services must be arranged in advance and will incur an extra fee. If bedsheets need changing, clean sheets should be left on the bed. Waiting for laundry cycles to finish may affect the cleaning schedule and result in additional charges.

Walls:
 

Spot cleaning is included. Full wall washing is not part of the service. If walls require fresh painting, we will advise on the best achievable result and can recommend trusted painters.

Blinds:

​

Blinds may be prone to wear and tear due to age, material, or previous use. We will notify you of any concerns during the cleaning process.

Windows:

​

Interior window cleaning is included. Exterior window cleaning is available upon request for an additional fee.

Garbage Disposal:

​

General garbage, recycling, and compost will be disposed of if proper garbage bins are provided.If it is the client's desire not to touch the garbage, this should be communicated in advance. Otherwise, instructions for proper disposal are appreciated.

Mold and Damage:

​

Excess mold, scratches, discoloration, or wear and tear may not be fully resolved through cleaning alone. We can provide referrals for restoration services if necessary.

Recommendations:

​

We recommend a Deep Cleaning service for your first time with us. Subsequent visits will typically be Regular Cleans, but periodic Deep Cleans are encouraged to maintain your space.
