• Flexible staffing ensures the cleaning crew can scale to meet specific project requirements. Teams are available for both day and night shifts, with the flexibility to alternate schedules as needed based on the demands of the project.

• All staff participate in a comprehensive Safety Orientation prior to commencing work. Worker Protection Practices (WPP) are provided to ensure a safe working environment, and Fire Rated Clothing (FRC) is supplied as required.

• Daily operations are led by a dedicated Supervisor who reviews the designated cleaning areas, assesses manpower requirements, and coordinates tasks with project leadership. Open communication channels are maintained to ensure alignment on priorities and the efficient execution of new directives.

• To maintain transparency and accountability, detailed daily work reports are provided. Comprehensive Safety Procedures and Chemical Fact Sheets accompany all cleaning tasks, ensuring adherence to safety standards and regulatory compliance.
