Fixed Rate Structure

Our cleaning services are provided at a fixed rate based on the time spent in your home, the size of the property, and the frequency of the service. This rate reflects the standard cleaning time required for properties of various sizes, types., and family dynamics.

 

Communication

​

We are committed to transparency and will promptly communicate any necessary rate adjustments. If changes are required, we will ensure they are mutually agreed upon before proceeding.

Adjustment of Time and Rate

​

If the cleaning service consistently requires more time than initially estimated due to changes in property size, cleaning requirements, or other factors, the rate may be adjusted accordingly. We will inform you in advance of any rate changes. Similarly if the service requires less time than initially estimated.

​

Regularity

​

Please note that services are no longer considered regular cleanings after 5 weeks. Pricing may vary depending on the frequency of service (e.g., weekly, bi-weekly, tri-weekly, or every four weeks).

Access and Parking

​

Ensure easy access to the property and provide parking. Any parking fees will be added to your invoice. Delays caused by parking or access issues may incur additional charges. If you won’t be home during the cleaning, please provide a key, code, or access instructions in advance.

Fridge

​

Our standard service includes cleaning visible edges around fridge items. For deeper cleaning, including shelf removal, please request this service in advance for an additional fee.

​

Dishwasher

​

The dishwasher should be empty for us to clean it. If dirty dishes are in the sink and the dishwasher is empty, we’ll load them. If the dishwasher isn’t empty, we’ll hand-wash dishes, which may incur an extra fee depending on the number of items and time required.

 

Fan Hood

​

Our cleaning service includes maintaining the cleanliness of the fan hood filters. However, due to frequent use, the filters may accumulate more grease over time, which can require a deep clean at an additional cost.

 

Bathroom Fans

​

Regular maintenance of bathroom fans is included in our standard service. Our staff will monitor the condition of the fan and clean it proactively to prevent dust and debris buildup.
 

If a deeper cleaning is required due to significant accumulation, we will notify you and can arrange this service for an additional fee. This helps maintain optimal performance and air quality.

Shower Drains

​

Regular maintenance of shower drains is included in our standard service. While drains are not deeply cleaned during every visit, our staff will monitor and clean them proactively to prevent buildup and clogs.

If additional attention is needed beyond standard maintenance, we will notify you and can provide a more thorough cleaning for an extra fee. This ensures your shower drains remain functional and well-maintained over time.

Drawers

​

Kitchen: We clean visible edges and stains. Full interior cleaning (removing and replacing items) can be arranged in advance for an additional fee.

​

Bedrooms and Bathrooms: We do not open drawers to respect privacy.

​

Tidying Up

​

Excessive clutter or items requiring organization may take additional time and result in extra charges. Please share any organization preferences in advance.

Changing Bedsheets

​

If bedsheets need to be changed, please leave clean sheets on top of the bed. If linens need to be transferred from the washer to the dryer, notify us beforehand. This service may incur an additional fee, which will be discussed in advance.

Laundry and Folding

​

 Laundry and folding services must be arranged beforehand and will incur additional charges. Delays caused by waiting for laundry cycles may result in extra fees.

 

Walls

​

Spot cleaning of walls is included if time permits, based on client preferences. Full wall washing is not part of the standard service. If walls require fresh paint, we can recommend trusted painters and advise on achievable results.

​

Blinds

​

Dusting blinds is included if time permits. Blinds may show signs of wear and tear due to age or material. We will notify you of any concerns during cleaning.

​

Windows

​

Interior window cleaning is part of our standard service. Exterior window cleaning is available upon request for an additional fee.

 

Garbage Disposal

​

We dispose of general garbage, recycling, and compost as needed. If you prefer we avoid handling garbage, please let us know. Guidance on disposal procedures specific to your property or city is appreciated. Washing garbage cans will be offered if time allows.

 

Mold and Damage

​

Excess mold, scratches, discoloration, or wear and tear may not be fully resolved with cleaning alone. If necessary, we can refer you to trusted restoration services.

Recommendations

​

For your first visit, we recommend our Deep Cleaning service for a thorough clean. Regular cleanings are typically provided afterward, with periodic Deep Cleans encouraged to maintain your space in top condition.
