OUR GOAL IS TO PROVIDE HIGH-QUALITY CLEANING SERVICES WHILE SETTING CLEAR EXPECTATIONS. PLEASE REVIEW THE FOLLOWING DETAILS ABOUT OUR MOVE OUT CLEANING SERVICE, INCLUDING EXCLUSIONS, LIMITATIONS, AND ADDITIONAL CHARGES.
Patios and Balconies
These areas are not included in our standard service unless specifically requested. Power washing services can be arranged in advance for an additional fee.
Walls
Spot cleaning of walls is included in our services; however, full wall washing is not. If walls require fresh painting, we will communicate the best possible result achievable through cleaning and can recommend trusted painters from our preferred list.
Blinds Cleaning
Please note that certain blinds may be delicate or more prone to wear and tear due to age, material, or prior usage. We are unable to assess the condition of your blinds before service but will notify you of any concerns once on-site.
Empty Homes
Our team expects the home to be free of personal items and belongings upon arrival. Movers or items left in the space will delay our work, resulting in additional time and charges.
Access and Parking
Easy and efficient access to the property, as well as parking, must be provided. If parking is not available, pay parking fees will be added to the invoice. As a company, we allocate 30 minutes of travel time between appointments. Any delays caused by difficulties in finding parking or accessing the property will result in additional charges. In the event you will not be home, a code, key, or detailed access instructions must be provided in advance.

Garbage Disposal
General garbage will be disposed of as part of our service if proper garbage bins are provided. For items requiring special disposal, this must be arranged in advance and will incur a separate fee. We will not remove large items, furniture, or excessive garbage left behind. It is the responsibility of the owner or moving company to ensure the property is left empty and ready for cleaning.
Mold and Damage
As a cleaning service, we will make every effort to clean surfaces thoroughly. However, excess mold, scratches, discoloration, wear, and tear may not be fully resolved through cleaning alone. For surfaces requiring restoration or repair to achieve a “like-new” condition, we are happy to provide referrals for specialized services.
